CeramicOne Aircraft

CeramicOne Aircraft is a hydrophobic ceramic coating for Aircraft. This version of CeramicOne is formulated for aircraft enthusiasts. CeramicOne is exhaust-oil and bug splatter repellent - making post flight clean-up easy.  It prevents paint oxidation and makes coated surfaces ultra smooth.  Cured CeramicOne is high-gloss with a wet appearance and has a hardness level up to 9H. Substrates include painted surfaces, plastic, metal, chrome, and glass. CeramicOne is applied by wipe-on techniques using microfiber suede cloths. When well-cured, contact angles to water greater than 95° and roll-off angles of less than 5° can be achieved. It must be used in well ventilated areas, using gloves and respiratory protection against vapors.

Size: 100 grams (in 125 ml bottle)

Application: Prepare paint by washing and removing oxidation and other imperfections. Work on small 2-square foot areas at a time. Apply 5 drops of liquid CeramicOne on a lint-free microfiber cloth. Wipe-on using a cross-hatch pattern, allow to dry for 10 minutes and buff clean with a new microfiber cloth.

Curing: Curing at room temperature indoors will take up to 48 hours. Curing outdoors on a sunny day exposed to sun-light will take 6 to 8 hours.

Caution: Avoid breathing fumes. Apply in well-ventilated area.
